We buy the top of the hide, never the split. Grain, scars, and colour stay in the leather — they are the proof it will take a decade of weather.
Every panel is patterned, skived, and stitched in Shoreditch. Small runs. No overseas overflow when demand spikes.
Bring a broken strap or a tired stitch back to the bench. If we made it, we mend it — for as long as you keep wearing it.
No seasonal drop for the sake of a drop. A short list, held well, sold without theatre. The bag should be the loudest thing in the room — not the logo.
